Terms of Use

What this site is
MyTripDeal aggregates publicly available coupons, discounts, and product deals from merchants and affiliate networks. We are not a travel agency, a retailer, or a booking platform. We do not sell anything, take payment, or enter into any contract with you for the supply of goods or services.
Your purchase is with the merchant
Every transaction takes place on the merchant's own site under their terms. Questions about pricing, availability, delivery, cancellation, refunds, or the goods themselves are matters for that merchant. We have no ability to alter, cancel, or refund an order placed elsewhere.
Deal accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep listings current, and we refresh feeds regularly. Even so, offers change without notice: prices move, stock runs out, and codes expire or turn out to be restricted to particular products or new customers. Listings are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy, and you should always confirm the final price on the merchant's site before buying.
Coupon feedback shown on this site reflects what other visitors reported. It is a signal, not a guarantee.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract our listings for a competing service;
- strip, replace, or otherwise interfere with affiliate tracking parameters in our links;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- submit deliberately false coupon feedback.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTripDeal is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a transaction with a merchant, or from a coupon that fails to work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
Merchant names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates an affiliate or informational relationship, not endorsement or partnership beyond that.
Changes
We may revise these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
