How we make money

MyTripDeal is free to use. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions: when you click a deal on our site and complete a purchase or booking with that merchant, the merchant may pay us a percentage of the sale or a fixed referral fee.

You never pay more because of us. The commission comes out of the merchant's margin, not your price. The price you see at checkout is the same price you would have paid arriving at that merchant directly.

Amazon Associates

MyTripDeal is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Other affiliate programs

We also participate in affiliate programs operated by networks including FlexOffers, Impact, Awin, Skimlinks, and CJ, along with programs run directly by travel merchants. Links to those merchants may carry a tracking identifier that attributes your visit to us.

How this affects what you see

Affiliate relationships do not determine our rankings. Deals are sorted by discount size and merchant rating, not by commission rate. We do not accept payment for placement, and a merchant paying a higher commission does not get ranked higher.

We do show deals from merchants who pay us. That is the nature of an affiliate site — but we will not tell you something is a good deal when it is not.

Accuracy of prices and offers

Deals come from merchant and affiliate network feeds and are refreshed regularly, but they can change or sell out between our last update and your visit. Coupon codes in particular may expire, be restricted to specific products, or be limited to new customers. Always check the final price on the merchant's site before completing a purchase.

Where we show a coupon code, we let users report whether it worked. Those reports are shown as-is and are not a guarantee.
